Reinforcing its globally acknowledged Responsible Luxury ethos that seeks to create a better and secure world, the two hotels open doors with ITC Hotel’s path breaking ‘WeAssure’ initiative. The initiative by ITC Hotels will provide the discerning guests of ITC Rajputana and ITC Grand Bharat reassurance by accreditation from National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH)- the leading standards organisation for sanitation, hygiene, safety and infection control practices. Additionally, through a partnership with DNV GL Business Assurance, one of the world’s leading certification bodies, both the hotels will also ensure stringent clinical levels of hygiene and safety.

On this, Benita Sharma, Area Manager -North (Luxury Hotels) & General Manager – ITC Maurya, said, “The consistent support of our guests has been the bedrock of our strength, especially during the past few months. Keeping in mind the present circumstances, we have strengthened our service standards even further through the ‘WeAssure’ initiative. These assurance certifications will stand testimony to the rigorous hygiene protocol being put in place to ensure the safety of guests and associates at ITC Hotels across India. We have received a number of queries on our Safe Staycations. Both ITC Rajputana and ITC Grand Bharat are favourite destinations, especially for those driving from the northern region.”

Guests can book the various safe staycation packages by visiting the ITC Hotels website – https://www.itchotels.in/ and choosing the staycation which suits their needs best.

Moreover, as part of the ‘WeAssure’ initiative ITC Hotels also introduces the ‘The Safe Car Promise’ under which all vehicles undergo stringent daily deep-cleaning protocols with accredited surface antimicrobials, hand sanitiser and face masks are offered to guests at the time of pick-up, Chauffeurs undergo regular temperature checks and wear prescribed PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times among other precautions.

Located in the Pink City of Jaipur, ITC Rajputana celebrates the spirit of Rajput palaces in the modern idiom ensuring to take its guests through the royal journey of the Rajput’s both through service and stay. The location that was once the estate of the prime minister of Jaipur, was later built into this magnificent hotel where the guests are welcomed in a royal atmosphere through the lobby leading into two sets of staircases with a Jharoka on each side enhancing the outside view.

Cradled in the lap of the ancient Aravalis in the region of Mewat- at the crossroads of many civilizations – comes to life, a national symbol that pays tribute to India’s several thousand years of uninterrupted history – ITC Grand Bharat. A manifestation of ITC’s philosophy of creating hotels that showcase the rich and varied cultural heritage of India, ITC Grand Bharat is an embodiment of ITC Hotels’ ethos of ‘Responsible Luxury’; enabling luxury experiences that are planet positive. The well-being of guests, associates and partners has always been of paramount importance at ITC Hotels and more so in these testing times. Namaste at ITC Hotels is not only a heartfelt welcome, it is inspired from our ancient scripture ‘Atithi Devo Bhava’ which prescribes the dynamics of the host and guest relationship.
