An online platform for bookings, MICE ONLINE (MOL) was launched recently in New Delhi. This platform provides not just hotels, but also ancillary services for events.

With an inventory of 100 hotels on the platform, including names like Marriott, Accor and Shangri-La, MOL offers ease of booking for MiCE agents and corporates like never before. The platform is the brain- child of Tanuja Pandey, Founder & Director, MOL, who has over two decades of experience in the travel and hospitality industry. She is currently an Advisor in the National Tourism Advisory Council of India. The concept and idea of MICE ONLINE was selected as a winner by a panel of judges, in a nation-wide hunt for ideas from women entrepreneurs by IIT Delhi; WEE (Women Entrepreneurship and Empowerment) Foundation; and Department of Science and Technology, Government of India.
Speaking at the launch, Pandey said, “MOL is the only platform that caters to MiCE and events online. Our target audience is B2B corporates, and the platform caters to the B2B market with estimated savings of at least 6-10 per cent on annual expenditure of corporates. Our platform provides not just hotels, but also ancillary services. It’s a closed group platform and is not open to any travel agent or individual customer. Clients will appreciate the speed and efficiency in responses, in addition to sourcing for all other event needs on one platform. Corporates can also use the MOL App once the event is finalised and be in complete control of their own events. Each corporate also gets a relationship manager.”
Kumar Shubham, Co-founder, MOL, shared that the App is the future of MiCE. “We are not an aggregator and every property is selected after reviewing its MiCE potential. This platform is going to create a difference in the way revenues and booking patterns of MiCE groups are managed at the hotel.”
