ZentrumHub pushes hotel tech into a new gear

The hotel distribution space is crowded, clunky and far too slow for the scale at which Indian agencies now operate. ZentrumHub steps into that gap with a single API that pulls inventory from more than a hundred suppliers, sorts it through AI, and delivers results in under a second. It takes away the hassle of development, cuts integration time to a week, and gives agencies faster access to better rates.

Abhinav Sinha, CEO and co founder, puts it simply. We help agencies get everything under one umbrella. They no longer need to build or maintain countless connections. They go to market faster and with better rates.”

For him, the product is built around speed and stability. Our platform is more than 99.99 percent up. It does not matter how many suppliers you consume. The overhead is still less than a second,” he explains. That performance shows up in everyday use. The system pushes the most sold hotels to the top, loads recommended properties instantly and lets agents search by city, name or even a point of interest without digging through pages of noise.

Sinha also leans hard on transparency. It is a bring your own licence setup. Customers use their own supplier keys, so they always see what rate they get from each supplier and how the business rules apply,” he says. The analytics layer gives them a clear view of margins, market opportunities and rate movements across suppliers.

He is clear about who the product is meant for. This is not for small offline agents. It is for agencies that want to scale with multiple suppliers across B2B and B2C,” he says.

ZentrumHub’s story began in the quiet months of the pandemic. Sinha and his co founders, all from travel and operations backgrounds, saw how agencies struggled with slow integrations and rising tech costs. They worked in stealth for two years, piloting with early customers and refining the engine until they were ready to scale. We knew the gap. We knew we could build this faster and cleaner than what the market had,” he says.

As for what comes next, Sinha believes the future of distribution rests heavily on data quality and intelligent automation. The adoption of AI is moving at a crazy pace. With better data standards, discovery will become even simpler. Agencies should never be left out of what AI can do,” he says.

In a market that demands speed, clarity and control, ZentrumHub feels positioned exactly where India’s next phase of travel growth is heading.
