Construction of Wynn Al Marjan Island, the UAE’s first integrated resort, has reached a major development milestone, with the 305-metre tower approaching topping-out in late November. The project remains on schedule for its spring 2027 opening, reinforcing Ras Al Khaimah’s growing position as a competitive destination for global leisure investment and large-scale events.
The tower has now reached its 70th floor, with 73% of façade installation completed and 97% structural progress across the low-rise buildings. Interior fit-out works are advancing rapidly, with 98% of rooms under development and 99.7% structural progress on the resort’s 1,530 accommodations, including resort rooms, Enclave suites, townhomes, and Marina Estates.
The project has also unveiled Coral Court, a 7,700-square-metre events and celebrations centre featuring a column-free Grand Ballroom, six meeting spaces, private salons, prayer rooms, and an event lawn facing the Arabian Gulf — signalling strong positioning for the MICE and luxury destination wedding markets.
Among its upcoming dining and entertainment portfolio, Wynn confirmed partnerships with Alain Ducasse and Delilah, part of 22 planned restaurants, lounges, and bars. Spread across more than 60 hectares, the resort will feature 12 pools, a 420-metre white sand beach, and the region’s most expansive spa and retail experiences.
Set to become a landmark for tourism diversification in the region, Wynn Al Marjan Island marks a pivotal step in Ras Al Khaimah’s destination strategy, with significant implications for hospitality, MICE, luxury retail, and aviation growth.
