Following the overwhelming success of the inaugural edition of ETAA Business Partners Meet 2024 which brought together over 100 travel agents and 25+ B2B partners including international and domestic tourism boards, hotels, DMCs, and VFS Global, the Enterprising Travel Agents Association (ETAA) conducted its 2025 edition of this highly anticipated event on July 11, 2025 in Mumbai. The event was open to both ETAA members and non-members — all B2C travel agents were welcomed!

Dharmesh Advani, ETAA National Board Member, shares, “This year, the response has been even more enthusiastic—all tables were sold out within two weeks. The event featured engaging and informative presentations by Global Destinations, along with participation from leading DMCs, Malaysia Tourism, airlines, and VFS Global. Our official insurance partner, Asego, was also present to guide attendees on comprehensive travel insurance solutions.” With 23 unique exhibitors and a strong response from buyers, the event shaped up to be one of the most dynamic travel trade gatherings of the year.

This exclusive B2B networking event was open to B2C travel agents, both ETAA members and non-members, and aimed to foster meaningful connections between travel professionals and key industry stakeholders including tourism boards, airlines, DMCs, visa service providers, and travel tech companies.

Dipti Pradhan Thakoor, National Director and Event Head, ETAA, shares, “Last year’s first edition saw 25+ B2B partners investing in tables, with over 100 agents attending. The immediate feedback from exhibitors was – this was the best platform to connect one-on-one with travel agents. Even before launching the second edition, previous exhibitors were already asking when the next ETAA Business Partner Meet would take place — a true testament to its success. We’re delighted to share that tables for this year’s edition sold out within couple of weeks, with majorly new exhibitors on board. Our goal is to introduce diverse industry partners and offer our members broader opportunities.” She adds that more than 150 travel agent registrations were received.

“This is the best opportunity to connect with industry partners, network with fellow travel agents, and meet airlines, tourism boards and VFS representatives — an event not to be missed. I strongly recommend interested agents register immediately as registration is mandatory for attendance,” Thakoor adds.
