Wellness and Yoga tourism is the need of the hour: Mita Vinay

Wellness and Yoga tourism is the need of the hour. However, across the world are not able to make an attempt to travel owing to the Pandemic. Travelling for any activities that help in internalisation itself is fulfilling in itself. In fact, going forward, the face of travel would change to wellness travel. People world over want to learn things while holidaying, yoga and wellness will top the list because of its fuller approach. We see an increased number of curiosity and interest in our retreats when we announce the dates. In fact, we have started doing exclusive retreats for the groups who come together for a concept of travel and self-discovery.

The stress of travel at times like today faces limitations, nevertheless, we do see an increased surge in participation. Keeping in mind the pandemic time, a few steps may help in materialising such travels, such as a cover test just before the travel and a resting period of 3-4 days after arrival and before the retreat ( if people are travelling from overseas ). maintaining a safe distance, abiding by all safety rules.

The world has woken up like never before on the importance of wellness, physical fitness, immunity. These aspects are interconnected. When we take care of anyone aspect all others will follow in the same stream. Wellness retreats give the opportunity to retrospect and understand the connection of mind, body and breath, the very essence of our being. Bodhsara, wellness and yoga retreat is designed to start a journey of mindfulness and live in the moment. At the Bodhsara retreat, we talk and listen to our body and ourselves. The retreat offers a balance of energetic yoga sessions, a platform to grow and take in charge of oneself.  At the Bodhsara retreat, we understand the importance of food that should be consumed as medicine.
