Sunil Kumar, President, Travel Agents Association of India (TAAI), said the trade must embrace disruption to remain relevant amid rapid digitisation. While strong customer relationships still anchor business in tier 2 and 3 markets, he warned that comfort cannot breed complacency, urging agents to upgrade skills and adopt artificial intelligence to stay competitive.
