Thailand is likely to welcome around 2.48 million Indian travellers by year-end, potentially its highest-ever figure, said Nattachit Oonsiam, Director, Tourism Authority of Thailand, Mumbai. He attributed the growth to improved air connectivity and strong leisure demand. Between 1 January and 15 December, Thailand recorded over 2.34 million Indians, marking a 17% growth compared to the same period last year.
