Star Air has launched direct flights between Diu and Goa, reducing travel time between the two coastal destinations to 45–60 minutes. Operating five days a week, the new service is expected to improve regional connectivity and support leisure travel demand across western India’s beach tourism circuit.
The direct route enhances air access to Diu, which has been positioning itself as an emerging leisure destination for domestic travellers. The new connection is also expected to benefit tour operators and regional tourism stakeholders by offering faster and more convenient travel options between two prominent coastal tourism markets.
