Based in Hyderabad, he leads human resources, talent management and culture development strategy across both properties. The appointment supports NHCC and HICC’s focus on employee engagement, organisational alignment and service culture excellence.

This role marks a return to the Accor network for S V Sathyam, who previously contributed to Novotel Hyderabad Airport, bringing familiarity with the brand’s values and a strong understanding of Accor’s service philosophy.
