In a joint announcement, Radisson Hotel Group and Amadeus launched a direct API connection between Radisson’s EMMA central reservation system and the Amadeus Travel Platform. This modernised interface replaces legacy GDS messaging with AI driven data mapping, enabling instant rates, availability and booking confirmations across Radisson’s nearly 1,300 properties. Travel agents gain richer content and can compare rates, room types and promotions more accurately, while back office tasks such as manual rate loading are reduced.

By integrating distribution systems, the partners aim to enhance hotel booking efficiency and support personalised offers for both leisure and corporate travellers.
