Priya Living has appointed Radhika Tata as General Manager of its Hyderabad community. She brings 24 years of hospitality leadership experience, including more than a decade with Accor across India. She joins as the company expands its communities across the country.

Radhika will lead day-to-day operations in Hyderabad and work closely with the leadership team on the community’s next phase of growth. Her mandate is clear: to deepen the culture, elevate the resident experience, and build a team that makes both possible.
Speaking on her appointment, Radhika Tata said, “What drew me to Priya Living is how seriously it values its people—both residents and team members. ‘Queens and Kings’ isn’t a slogan; it’s how decisions are made. I’m here to build on that.”
Radhika’s career spans leadership roles at Novotel Convention Centre, Novotel Imagicaa, ibis Navi Mumbai, ibis Bengaluru Hosur Road, ibis Hyderabad Hitec City (as General Manager), and Grand Mercure Mysuru. As the former General Manager of ibis Hyderabad Hitec City, she knows this market well.
Priya Living’s Hyderabad community comprises 127 all-suite residences with bespoke amenities, including a private cinema, co-working space, elevated dining, a gym, and multiple indoor and outdoor lounges.
