Pawan Singh brings more than 21 years of experience in hospitality operations, particularly within the Food & Beverage segment. His expertise spans strategic planning, operational management, team leadership, customer service, and revenue-focused hospitality operations.

Extensive hospitality operations experience

Over the course of his career, Pawan Singh has led Food & Beverage operations across several hospitality brands, managing guest experience initiatives, operational performance, and service delivery standards.

Prior to joining Plume Hotels, he was associated with Hyatt Regency Delhi as Food & Beverage Marketing Manager, where he contributed towards operational performance enhancement and strategic F&B initiatives.

Earlier in his career, he also served as Restaurant Manager, gaining experience in restaurant operations, customer engagement, and team management.
