As greenfield airports race to embed digital resilience from day one, technology partnerships are becoming central to operational readiness. Noida International Airport’s tie-up with Tech Mahindra signals how cyber security and network governance are now core infrastructure priorities, not afterthoughts.
Noida International Airport has partnered with Tech Mahindra to establish and operate an integrated Network and Security Operations Centre (NOC–SOC), strengthening cyber security and network resilience ahead of the airport’s operational launch. Announced on 23 December 2025, the partnership will deliver round-the-clock monitoring and management of critical airport IT systems.
Speaking on the collaboration, Christoph Schnellmann, Chief Executive Officer, Noida International Airport, said, “As a greenfield airport, we have the unique opportunity to embed resilience, security, and operational excellence into our digital ecosystem from day one. Our partnership with Tech Mahindra is a critical step in building a robust, future-ready network and cyber security framework that supports safe, reliable, and seamless airport operations. This collaboration reflects our commitment to global best practices and ensures that technology and digital trust remain foundational as we move towards operational readiness.”
Under the agreement, Tech Mahindra will provide 24×7 monitoring and management of network and security operations across applications, databases, servers, storage systems and digital platforms. The integrated NOC–SOC is designed to enable proactive threat detection, rapid incident response and high system availability, supporting uninterrupted airport operations.
Sahil Dhawan, President and Head – India, Middle East & Africa Business, Tech Mahindra, added, “Airports today are complex digital ecosystems where network resilience and cyber security are as critical as physical infrastructure. Our partnership with Noida International Airport reflects a shared vision to embed security, reliability, and operational excellence into the airport’s technology foundation. Through the integrated Network and Security Operations Centre, we will deliver round-the-clock monitoring, proactive threat detection, and rapid incident response across the airport’s critical IT and digital platforms. By combining deep domain expertise in critical infrastructure operations with proven security and network capabilities, we aim to help NIA build a trusted, resilient, and agile technology backbone.”
With cyber security positioned at the heart of airport operations, the collaboration aims to create a process-driven, scalable technology framework that supports long-term growth and operational continuity. The initiative aligns with Noida International Airport’s ambition to combine global operational standards with a secure, future-ready digital ecosystem as it moves closer to becoming operational.
