He said leaders must allow their teams to learn, experiment and grow, without holding control too tightly. “Beyond running a business and making money, we have an obligation to create capable professionals for the industry,” he noted. He emphasised that empowering people, delegating responsibility and enabling independent decision-making are essential for the next phase of growth.
