India’s hotel sector posted healthy January 2026 performance, HVS ANAROCK said, with average room rates at ₹9,400-9,600, occupancy at 66-68%, and RevPAR at ₹6,300-6,500. The month softened from December after weddings and festive travel normalized, but fresh corporate budgets, MICE demand, and limited new supply kept year-on-year growth intact nationwide.
