HRAWI takes its FSSAI’s FoSTaC Programme to Mahabaleshwar

HRAWI said on March 2 it conducted FSSAI’s FoSTaC programme in Mahabaleshwar, training 26 hospitality professionals at Hotel Dreamland on February 25 in food handling, hygiene, sanitation and waste management. The association said 3,773 professionals have now been certified, strengthening compliance standards for hotels, restaurants, and caterers across Western India.
