Speaking at the 6th edition of TravTalk ThinkTank, Ashwni Kumar Goela, Vice President – Operations, Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport & Area General Manager, Radisson Hotel Group, South Asia, said transparency and open communication are critical during periods of uncertainty. Reflecting on the pandemic, he said leaders must acknowledge vulnerabilities instead of pretending to have all the answers. Goela stressed that large organisations need to “over communicate” with teams to ensure leadership vision reaches employees effectively. He added that inclusive cultures, anonymous feedback systems, and visible accountability help strengthen employee trust and organisational resilience during challenging periods.
