Goa’s Department of Tourism has directed hospitality units to mandatorily upload tourist and booking data on the TIME platform. Kedar A. Naik, Director of Tourism, said, “A fine will be imposed on hotels and accommodation units that do not comply.” Non-compliance attracts ₹10,000 for the first default and ₹25,000 for subsequent violations.
