The Goa government has announced a ₹2 crore Inbound Tour Operators’ Incentive Scheme aimed at reviving charter flight operations and strengthening international tourist inflow to the state. The announcement was made during the Goa Budget 2026 presentation, where Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant also allocated ₹385 crore to the tourism department. Tourism Minister Rohan A. Khaunte said the budget reflects the government’s continued commitment to strengthening Goa’s tourism ecosystem through investments in infrastructure, skills and sustainable destination development.

The launch received an encouraging response from the MSME community, with 75 MSMEs registering on the portal during the event.
