DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square has announced the appointment of Naveen Raaj as Operations Manager. In his new role, he will oversee hotel operations with a focus on service delivery, guest satisfaction, and overall operational performance.
Raaj brings over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong track record across Hilton Hotels & Resorts in India. His expertise spans rooms division management, service excellence, and operational leadership.
Prior to this role, he served as Rooms Division Manager at Conrad Pune, where he contributed to improving guest experience and service performance. He also continues to serve as Regional Quality Champion for South Asia, Hilton Hotels.
He began his career with Hilton Chennai and has since held key roles across multiple properties including Conrad Pune, DoubleTree Ahmedabad, and DoubleTree Suites Bangalore. Over the years, he has contributed to enhancing service standards and operational efficiency across these hotels.
Raaj has also completed Hilton’s SHINE Leadership Development Programme, a key internal training initiative focused on leadership development.

His achievements also include Front Office Manager of the Year 2024 and internal recognitions such as Leader of the Year 2024 at Conrad Pune and Manager of the Year 2020 at Hilton Chennai.
With this appointment, the hotel aims to further strengthen its operational framework and service standards in the Gurugram hospitality market.
