EaseMyTrip has reported double-digit growth in adoption of airport services among Indian travellers, driven by rising demand for convenience and seamless travel experiences. Duty-free shopping and Meet & Greet services emerged as key preferences, particularly among younger travellers and metro city users.
According to EaseMyTrip, nearly 60% of duty-free purchases were in liquor, followed by perfumes and chocolates. Delhi led Meet & Greet service adoption, followed by Mumbai and Bengaluru. The company said changing traveller behaviour is increasingly centred on efficiency, personalisation, and premium airport experiences.
