Luxury wildlife resorts are increasingly strengthening leadership teams as experiential and nature-led travel continue driving demand across India’s leisure hospitality market. Black Rock Hotels & Resorts has now appointed Pranav Bharadwaj as General Manager of Aamaghati Wildlife Resort Ranthambore.

Black Rock Hotels & Resorts announced the appointment of Pranav Bharadwaj on 26 May 2026 to lead operations at Aamaghati Wildlife Resort Ranthambore, the company’s luxury wildlife resort in Rajasthan.

Bharadwaj brings nearly three decades of hospitality experience spanning hotel operations, commercial strategy, revenue optimisation, and guest experience management across hospitality brands, including IHG Hotels & Resorts, Leela Kempinski Hotels, Marriott International, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts.

Focus on luxury wildlife hospitality

Prior to joining Aamaghati Wildlife Resort Ranthambore, Bharadwaj was associated with Regenta Suites Gurugram where he led business transformation initiatives focused on market positioning, operational efficiency, and performance enhancement.

At the Ranthambore resort, he will oversee overall operations with emphasis on strengthening guest experiences, operational performance, and the resort’s positioning within the luxury wildlife hospitality segment.

Anshul Bhargava, Founder, Black Rock Hotels & Resorts, said, “Pranav’s appointment comes at an important stage in our growth journey.”

He added, “His extensive industry experience, operational understanding and leadership approach align well with our vision of building distinctive hospitality experiences across our portfolio.”

Leadership expansion continues across leisure hospitality

Speaking on his appointment, Pranav Bharadwaj said, “I am delighted to join Aamaghati Wildlife Resort Ranthambore and look forward to working closely with the team to further enhance guest experiences and strengthen the resort’s position as a preferred destination for travellers seeking immersive wildlife and leisure experiences.”

The appointment comes amid rising demand for experiential stays, wildlife tourism, and nature-focused luxury hospitality across India, particularly in destinations such as Ranthambore, Jim Corbett, and central Indian tiger reserves.

Black Rock Hotels & Resorts said the appointment forms part of its continued focus on strengthening leadership capabilities and operational excellence across its growing hospitality portfolio.
