As premium air travel in India expands, expectations around continuity and efficiency beyond the terminal are rising. Avis India’s partnership with Pranaam Meet & Greet signals a strategic move to bridge airport hospitality and ground mobility, addressing a key service gap for business and first-class travellers.
AVIS India has entered into a strategic partnership with Pranaam Meet & Greet, an airport hospitality platform led by the Adani Group, to deliver an integrated, end-to-end luxury travel experience for premium travellers across major Indian airports.
The collaboration brings together Pranaam’s personalised airport services—such as meet-and-greet assistance, fast-track facilitation and guided airport navigation—with AVIS India’s luxury chauffeur-driven transfers. The combined offering is designed to ensure a seamless transition from airport arrival to final destination, prioritising comfort, discretion and operational efficiency.
Targeted at business leaders and first- and business-class passengers, the partnership aims to eliminate traditional friction points between airport services and ground transport. A unified coordination framework underpins the service, enabling smooth handovers, predictable service standards and a consistently premium experience across critical travel touchpoints.
The integrated services will be rolled out at key airports including Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Guwahati, Jaipur and Lucknow. For AVIS India, the partnership strengthens its positioning in premium chauffeured mobility and executive travel, while expanding its presence across high-traffic and emerging aviation hubs.
Commenting on the development, Aman Naagar, Managing Director, AVIS India, said the collaboration allows the company to extend its premium mobility proposition beyond surface transport. “As demand for seamless, time-efficient travel grows among premium travellers, our partnership with Pranaam Meet & Greet allows us to set new benchmarks in service consistency, reliability and travel excellence,” he said.
Sarika Tiwari, Head of Pranaam at Adani Airport Holdings Ltd, noted that the alliance enables Pranaam to carry its hospitality philosophy beyond the terminal. She said the partnership creates a unified journey aligned with the expectations of today’s discerning travellers.
With premium air travel continuing to grow, the partnership reflects a broader shift towards integrated travel solutions that combine airport hospitality and executive mobility, offering efficiency, personalised service and continuity across the travel ecosystem.
