He noted that travellers are increasingly opting for wellness, slow travel, and purpose-driven itineraries, with solo and women travellers emerging strongly. On average, Indians now take two to three holidays annually, while outbound demand continues to rise alongside a 25–30% increase in per-trip spending over five years.
