5,060 Russians and 3,333 Indians among 25,619 tourists visiting Sri Lanka from 1-4 January

As per Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority, the country recorded over 25,000 tourists within the first four days of 2024 (1^st – 4^th). A total of 25,619 tourists were recorded in the period, out of which 5,060 were identified as Russian tourists, and 3,333 were Indian nationals.
